Services
Initial Assessment
Prior to beginning speech therapy, an evaluation must be completed. Please allow 60 minutes for an initial assessment. During this session, standardized and other formal and informal measures will be used to better understand the client’s speech and language needs. Following the initial assessment, you will be provided with a copy of the report and subsequent treatment plan. Assessments are only completed once, unless otherwise indicated.
Treatment
Following an initial assessment, treatment frequency will be determined. Sessions may range in frequency from once monthly to twice weekly, case dependent. Treatment sessions run 45 minutes in duration and will be held in the client’s home (Truckee or North Tahoe Region) or may be virtual if the client so chooses.
